ACTIVITIES - Fun family activities daily mid-June through Labor Day. Tiny Tot activities too! We also offer spring & fall activities every weekend (Friday-Sunday). Don't forget to pick up your daily activity sheet at check-in!

ADULT CLUBHOUSE - A special place for our guests over 21 years with cable TV/DVD, fireplace, full kitchen, pool table, and dart board, all in a relaxing atmosphere! Great for birthdays, graduations, and other private parties! Reserve now for your shore celebration!

ARCADE - Our air-conditioned game room is open from 10am to 1/2 hour before store closing. Don't forget your quarters to play video games, air hockey, and pool in the "Captain's Cave"!

BATH HOUSES - 5 clean modern bath houses with hot showers & flush toilets. Showers are a quarter for about 5 minutes.

BIG RIGS - Welcome up to 48'+ on our ULTRA VIP Cable Sites! Entrance, roads, and turns are widened to accommodate your larger rig with easier access! If you need help backing in to your site, please ask for assistance at the campground store.

BIKES - Bring yours for a great way to get around the campground. For the safety of all our children and campers, Beachcomber requires lights for bike riding after dark. NJ State law requires riders under 16 years to wear a helmet. Try out the new 2 1/2 mile paved bike path that takes you from the Beachcomber entrance down to Cold Spring Village & beyond!

BOAT RENTALS - Kayak & Paddle Boat Rentals are available on our large lake when lifeguard is on duty weekends beginning Memorial Day and daily mid-June through Labor Day. See cabana for rental information or bring your own non-motorized boat & Life Jacket.

DOGS

Dear Fido & Fluffy,           Hi! Salty Dog here with the Captain! I love to meet new friends at Beachcomber! Bring your owners and you will get a treat when they register (make sure they put you on the reservation form)! But, please make sure your owners follow a few rules while you are here. Do not let your owners leave you unattended, because I know you get very lonely and cry when they are gone. There are only so many trees to go around, so there is a limit of 2 pets per site (both pets 18lbs. or under) or 1 pet (18lbs. or over). See map for dog walk locations. Most important, remind your owners to pick up after you and keep you on a leash. We aren't allowed into the pools, lakes, beaches, cabins, or other buildings because sometimes, people are afraid of or allergic to us, or we might make a mess. See you this season! EXPRESS CHECK-IN - Don't stand in line! Express check-in available (Fridays & Saturdays in July & August 2-8pm) for guests paid in full at least 1 week prior to arrival. Receive check-in info from security and go right in to set up on site. Come back to store later in the day at your leisure to complete registration - ask about express check-in for your next Summer reservation!

FISHING - 2 on-site lakes stocked with bass, catfish, & sunnies. All fishing is catch & release for great fishing tomorrow! Live bait available at the campground store!

GAMES - Horseshoe pits, volleyball court, beach volleyball court, 3 shuffle board courts, 2 basketball courts, bocce ball, and more! Equipment available with deposit in the campground store.

GATE CARDS - Beachcomber has a card-controlled entry gate. Separate $10 cash security deposit required.

GOLF CART RENTALS - Due to limited availability, golf cart rentals should be reserved at time of site or cabin reservation and are 1st come, 1st served. If you need a cart during your Beachcomber vacation, cart needs to be paid in full at the time of reservation.

All Renters & Drivers must be at least 18 years of age, carry photo ID, and must follow all traffic rules.  Please note that prices are subject to change. A $100 cash security deposit along with rental agreement is required. Cart must be paid in full prior to rental. Available for pickup and drop off during store hours only. Short introductory session required. Some restrictions apply. Please call or see store for details and payment information. If you bring your own golf cart - Registration Fee Required as well as Security deposit in case of campground damage.  Gas powered golf carts, ATVs, mopeds, scooters, & boats as well as electric scooters, are not permitted. GROUP CAMPING - Spring & fall groups, clubs, & family reunions! For groups of 6 sites or more and all scout troops, ask for Mike (our group services coordinator). Sorry, group camping not available in July & August or over holiday weekends. See Specials Page for more Information

LAKES - Beachcomber offers 2 freshwater lakes! Our
large swimming/boating/fishing lake has a sandy white
beach for lounging. Swimming & boating available when lifeguards are on duty weekends beginning Memorial Day and daily mid-June through Labor Day. Our separate fishing lake is stocked with bass, sunnies, & catfish. No license required. All fishing is catch & release, for great fishing tomorrow.

LAUNDROMATS - 2 clean & modern laundromats - please see our map for locations and don't forget your quarters.

MESSAGES - Phone messages will be placed on the message board in the office. Please check daily.

NEWSPAPER PICKUP - Stay informed! Pick up your free Atlantic City Press Newspaper at the campground store (Monday-Saturday, Memorial Day-Labor Day), compliments of Beachcomber! Limited number available.

PARKING - One car is included in your site/rental rate. you may have up to 1 additional car (including guests) to be parked in a designated parking area.

PAVILION - Large lakeside open-air gathering place for our activities and special occasions. Smaller wildlife observation pavilion for smaller groups and early coffee entertainment.

PHONES - Pay phone available at Bath House #1. Please see map for location.

PLAYGROUND - Great toddler equipment and play options to keep the kids swinging all day long! 2 locations - see map. Have a great time!

POOLS - 3 pool complexes, each with a large pool and a separate kiddie pool. Please see map for locations. Lifeguards are on duty weekends beginning Memorial Day and daily mid June through Labor day. Baby pools are provided for campers in swimmies.

PROPANE GAS - Gas refill service for tanks & RVs is available at campground store. ($) Propane tank exchange also available.

QUIET HOURS & CURFEW - Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am. Unreasonably loud noise pr profane language will not be tolerated at any time. All children & teens must return to their sites by 11pm.

RAIN - We guarantee weather! (Just not what kind!) Beachcomber fun keeps going through the rain! Outdoor activities meet at the pavilion for surprise events! Sorry, no refunds due to rain, acts of nature, or otherwise.

RENTALS - Lake Front & Wilderness, 1 & 2 room Captain's Cabins & New Loft Suite Cabins available. New Loft Park Model Rentals also available! See Rentals Page for more information. Sorry, Saturday arrivals not available for summer cabin check-ins. Park models rent Sunday to Sunday.

ROSES - Guests always ask about our wonderful landscaping! Our beautiful roses are Betty Pryars & Carefree Wonders.

SEASONAL CAMPING - Have fun all summer long! Beachcomber offers sites for brand new 12' X 35' park models & 8' wide travel trailers on a space available basis. See our Seasonal Page for more information including our list of Trailers for Sale by Owner.

SITE OPTIONS - We offer all site types from electric/water tent & pop-up sites to our Ultra VIP Cable sites for travel trailers & RVS up to 48'+ ! ASK ABOUT OUR BRAND NEW PREMIUM TENT SITES! Sites include picnic table & fire ring. See Rate Pagefor all our site options.

SNACKS - The snack cabana is located on our beach and open weekends beginning Memorial Day and daily mid June to Labor Day - There's no reason to leave the Beach! Get your ice cream, hot dogs, soda, and more! Snacks also available at the store and when cabana is closed.

SPEED LIMIT - Please obey our 5mph limit for you and your children's safety. Speeders will be asked to leave without refund. Watch for children!

STORE - Our campground store is your 1-stop-shop! We stock groceries, ice cream, hot snacks, fishing supplies and live bait, camping gear, wood, ice, and much more! Don't forget your Beachcomber souvenirs! Services include faxing & copying($), free daily newspapers (except Sundays) and local attractions info & maps.

ULTRA VIP SITES - Our newly upgraded ULTRA VIP site area is great for spring & fall groups, rallies, & family reunions! Sites accommodate up to 48'+ motor homes with easy access! All sites include 50 amp electric, water, sewer, cable, concrete pad, lamp post, light & fencing. Carefully cleared, tree-canopied sites are close to the resort's central activity hub and make get-togethers easy & fun!

WIRELESS INTERNET - Wi-Fi connection available through Linkspot ($) at designated locations throughout the campground! Don't forget your laptop computer and stay connected!
