With a spacious Deck overlooking the Captain's Quarter's Pool. For guests over 21 yrs. old. Enjoy some R&R in front of the fireplace, with a full kitchen, pool table, darts & shuffleboard table. You can also reserve the clubhouse for birthdays, graduations & other private parties! Why not have your get-together in our air-conditioned facility & keep the mess out of your trailer. 5 clean bathhouses with hot showers located conveniently throughout the park. Showers are $0.25 for about 4 min. This helps protect our field beds and conserves underground aquifers from saltwater intrusion. 

Entrance, roads & turns are wide for access up to 48’ rigs on our ULTRA VIP EWS sites! We trim our trees yearly, so you can have easy access. Split-rail fencing on site pulls out of the ground for EVEN MORE ROOM when backing into your site! If you need extra help backing into your site, just ask!

Take the Cape May Bike Path, a 2 ½ mile fun-filled family ride. Head South right into Historic Cold Spring Village! Head North to the Cape May County Zoo! 

Paddle boats, Paddleboards & kayak rentals($) available! You may bring your own canoe, kayak or nonmotorized boat (please keep it on your site.) Boating is permitted only on a large lake when lifeguards are on duty (see pools). EVERYONE boating MUST wear a life jacket. Our scheduled, in-season, lake swimming hours: Saturday - Sunday 11 am to 6 pm, Monday - Friday 12 pm to 6 pm.

Max 2 dogs per site. Dogs must be well behaved & kept on a leash when not crated or inside your camping unit. No pets allowed in any rentals unless in one of our specified 2 room dog-friendly cabins, TeePee or Tiny House.  Check out our lighted Dog Park with benches, water & available doggie bags. Golf carts should be reserved at the time of reservation & are 1st come, 1st served. A 2-night minimum is required. All renters/drivers must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license & obey all traffic rules. Cart must be paid in full at the time of reservation. If a customer cancels a golf cart, or shortens their reservation, less than 7 days prior to arrival, a 1-night cancellation fee applies. More than 7 days prior to arrival, a $30.00 cancellation fee will apply. A Credit Card (not Debit) is required for a security deposit.  Credit Card & daily charge is required if bringing your own electric golf cart, also. NO GAS-POWERED OR STREET-LEGAL (LSV) GOLF CARTS ARE PERMITTED at Beachcomber, nor, are they permitted on Seashore Rd. If you are bringing a golf cart. Please ask yourself these questions: Is the golf cart gas-powered? Then you may not bring it to Beachcomber. Is it an LSV (or does it have blinkers, seatbelts, or a speedometer)? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you cannot bring your golf cart to BC. You may only bring an LSV golf cart if it is a conventional, 36 or 48 volt electric golf cart.

2 freshwater lakes! Our Catch & Release fishing lakes are stocked with Bass, Sunnies & Catfish. Only non-barb fishing hooks are permitted. Live bait, fishing rods & additional supplies are available for purchase at the store. Our sparkling, spring-fed lake is great for swimming, boating & fishing. Our lake has a sandy white beach, perfect for sunbathing! Swimming is available only when lifeguards are on duty. Our scheduled, in-season, lake swimming hours: Saturday - Sunday 11 am to 6 pm, Monday - Friday 12 pm to 6 pm.

The main pool hosts daily water activities in season.  Weather permitted, our Main Pool in Season, is open 7 days a week 12 pm - 8 pm (unguarded) unless the camp store closes early, for safety reasons. Our Admiral's Pool is located between Marlin and Dolphin. This pool is conveniently located next to one of our children's playgrounds. Pool hours are daily 12 pm - 6 pm (unguarded), upon the request of an adult who is present at the pool, for safety reasons. Our Captain's Pool is a Saltwater pool located in the Captain's Quarter. Plenty of conveniently located parking to enjoy the pool, basketball & volleyball courts.  This Pool is open daily 12 pm - 6 pm (unguarded), upon the request of an adult who is present at the pool, for safety reasons. Also, enjoy the adult clubhouse & 2nd story deck overlooking the pool. Lifeguards are on duty weekends beginning Memorial Day &  Daily mid-June through Labor Day. Parents must stay with their children ages 12 & under. Baby pools are provided for campers in Swim Diapers who are not potty trained. Please note: Due to weather & other factors, not all pools will be open every day. See store for details.​

WE LOVE TENTS. They are permitted on VIP EW & VIP EWS sites only. Sorry, no sleeping tents permitted on our ULTRA VIP EWS section. Kitchen/dining tents are permitted on concrete pad only. Please, adjust your rig &/or awnings accordingly. Sorry, no exceptions. (Dining tents are not to be used for sleeping or storage.) Sorry, tents, kitchen tents, any gazebos, tarps, etc. are not permitted on rental unit sites.

Are you staying with us more than once this Camping Season? Don’t Lug Your Trailer Back & Forth! SAVE SOME GAS & store your trailer HERE between visits! For a small fee, you can park your trailer, 5th wheel, motor home or pop up in our lighted, gated storage corral between your stays. Summer & winter storage is available also. Why a visitor fee? Excess people, including infants, cause crowds at the lake, pools & activities. These crowds also lead to strains on utilities (water, sewer & electric). Visitors pay so you, the campers, don’t have to. Visitors must register in the office & obtain a hanging tag before entering the park. Please advise your visitors of the Visitor Fee. You may pay for your visitors in advance at the office. Maximum of 6 people at the site at any time including visitors. Your visitors are your responsibility. Visitors may not bring pets. Let's be safe together! To provide our campers with a quality camping experience, we are limiting the number of visitors permitted in the park & there is a minimum 2-night stay, except for certain designated theme weekends when in season (Memorial Day, July 4th,  Labor Day Weekend are all 4-night minimums per visitor & per vehicle) or Halloween. We reserve the right at any time to refuse entry of visitors, due to numbers in the park. This keeps amenities open for our Transient and Seasonal campers.
