Our Commodore’s Quarters offers 30 & 50 amp electric service & will accommodate 8′ wide Trailers with slide-outs, New 12’X35′ Park Models, or RVs. Our Captain’s & Admiral’s Quarters accommodates new 12’X35′ Park Models only, with electric service from 50 up to 100 amps, split rail fencing & an outdoor lamp post with a photocell.

You pick the time of the season you want to stay at Beachcomber. Long-Stays are available for stays anywhere from 1 month to 6 1/2 months. This is a great way to try us out before becoming a seasonal camper. Plus, there are no construction requirements for a Long-Stay. Call for more information & a quote. We hope to see you soon!
Prospective Seasonal Information 2024

Our seasonal rates vary, depending upon your unit & location within the campground. The sites that are closer to the lakes & pools are more expensive. All sites include water, sewer & metered electricity. The sites that are wooded & quieter are less expensive.

2024 Seasonal Rates Start as low as $6,090.​
All rates include camping for a family of 2 adults, 2 children under 18 years of age & unmarried, 2 pets (any size) (max) & 1 car (no substitutions) from May 15 through September 15. Any extra adults or children that you would like to add to your seasonal contract are at an additional fee for the season with a maximum of 10 people allowed per site. Any extra vehicles that you would like to add to your season contract are at an additional fee for the season. A maximum of 4 vehicles can be registered per site. There is a Golf Cart fee for the season. Visitors have a fee in-season, and off-season, & each vehicle per day & per person. Electric use is billed separately & based on your usage.

Deposits required: For a seasonal site & for a winter site reservation fee, both due by August 15th, or the site will be considered available for the next season. An additional seasonal deposit will be due on October 15th & January 15th. Since these sites are metered electric, an escrow electric deposit is due upon giving your initial deposit on a site.
(The seasonal site deposit is non-refundable. No refunds after January 1st.)
The final balance is due April 1st.

Pre (Spring) & Post (Fall) Season: While our "Seasonal" season begins on May 15th & ends on September 15th, we are open from April 12th through October 31st. Use of your seasonal site prior to May 15th (Pre) or after September 15th (Post) for a low price of $20 per day (Sunday through Thursday) and $25 per day (Friday & Saturday). For those of you wishing to extend your camping experience, ask about our special Pre/Post Season Packages!
