We are not like a hotel where all rooms are alike & accommodate any size camper. Each site fits different types & sizes of camping units therefore we will need to re-book these sites that we have been holding for you within a small window of time.

  • Maximum of 6 people at the site at any time including visitors.

  • All visitors are charged a fee to enter the park. Why a visitor fee? Excess people, including infants, cause crowds at the lake, pools & activities. These crowds also lead to strains on utilities (water, sewer & electric). *Visitors pay so you, the campers, don’t have to. Visitors must register in the office & obtain a hanging tag prior to entering the park. Please advise your visitors of the Visitor Fee. You may pay for your visitors in advance at the office. Visitors may not bring pets. Your visitors are your responsibility.

  • It is understood that by entering the campground, consent is given to Beachcomber Camping Resort to use any or all photos taken in the campground for promotional purposes without compensation.

  • To provide our campers with a quality camping experience, we are limiting the number of visitors permitted in the park & there is a minimum 2-night stay, except for certain designated theme weekends when in season (Memorial Day, July 4th,  Labor Day Weekend are all 4-night minimums per visitor & per vehicle) or Halloween. We reserve the right at any time to refuse entry of visitors, due to numbers in the park. This keeps amenities open for our Transient and Seasonal campers.

  • We cater to families only & strictly enforce quiet hours (11 pm to 8 am). Campers under the age of 21 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 25 years or older on the same site.

  • Rates are based on 2 Adults, 2 Children (under 18), 1 Camping Unit & 1 Car. No substitutions. Extra Adults, Children, Infants & Cars are charged $10 per day (in-season), $7 per day (Spring/Fall) & $15 per day during special events. Max of 6 people per site or rental (4 in 1 Room Cabins & Apartment, 4 in Tiny House, 5 in Gatehouse) including day & night *guests. Max of 2 cars per reservation, including guest cars.

  • Sites: Check-in after 2 pm/Check-out before 12 Noon.

  • Parents must accompany all children under 16 years of age in the pool and the lake at all times.

  • The campground reserves the right to from time to time to establish additional rules and regulations to provide for the orderly use of the campground by all campers.

  • Sorry, no street-legal, low-speed vehicles (LSV) or gas-powered golf carts are permitted at Beachcomber, nor, are they permitted on Seashore Rd. If you are bringing a golf cart. Please ask yourself these questions: Is the golf cart gas-powered? Is it an LSV or does it have blinkers, seatbelts, or a speedometer? If you answer yes to any of these questions then you cannot bring your golf cart to BC. You may only bring a golf cart if it is a conventional, electric golf cart.

  • *Gas-powered and/or street-legal golf carts are not permitted. ATVs, mopeds, electric bikes & scooters (gas or electric) are not permitted.

  • We love electric bikes, but due to safety means they cannot be ridden in the campground (no matter what the setting says on the bike. Even if used manually) except only to & from your site (when leaving & entering the campground to go to the bike path). Just outside BC is the county bike/walking path. It goes from Cape May to the County Zoo & you are allowed to drive E-Bikes on that trail. Enjoy!

  • *No Boats, Storage Trailers, Utility Trailers or Personal Water Crafts permitted on the campsite or in perimeter parking. We have a separate storage area for these ($).

  • *It is understood that by entering the campground, consent is given to Beachcomber Camping Resort to use any or all photos or videos taken in the campground for promotional purposes without compensation.

  • Although we do our very best to accommodate your site requests, we can not guarantee a specific site #. We do not want to disappoint our guests if something unforeseen occurs & we have to change your requested site. Therefore we ask you to give us 3 choices when you make your reservation so that we can try to accommodate your request. A reservation guarantees a type of site, not a specific site #. Sorry, we cannot guarantee two or more sites together. You will be given your site number upon check-in. Please understand that many factors are considered in assigning sites: the size of the unit, date reservation was made, duration of stay & desire to keep multi-site reservations close.  Those arriving early should not expect park staff to relocate another camper’s site assignment simply because that camper has not yet arrived.

  • We reserve the right to substitute campsites.
