Sleeper Sofa, Bunk Beds & Sleeping Loft (with 2 twin mattresses which can be converted to create a king size bed). Kitchenette with induction top burner, apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV with DVD player, AC & Heat, Full Bath with shower. Also has a deck, picnic table, propane grill & 2 chairs. Sleeps 6

RATES:

Rate based on 2 adults, 2 children (under 18) & 1 car. Daily Rates start at Noon.

Dogs ONLY PERMITTED in specified “Dog-Friendly” Cabins, TeePee, Tiny Houses & Park Model. All Rates are subject to NJ sales tax. Must possess a major Credit Card. 

MINIMUM STAYS REQUIRED AT TIMES:  *Credit Card (Not Debit) required for a security deposit. 1-week minimum required for sites/rentals (July & August) unless shorter stays are available between confirmed reservations. Sorry, no early arrival or late check-outs in July & August. Saturday Summer arrivals are not available for rentals. 3 Night Min. For Memorial Day, Labor Day, September 1st to September 10th & Columbus holiday weekends ~ (1) Except holidays & extended Holiday Weekends. ~ (2) See 2025 Camping Guide for Midweek Special & 7th Night Free Package info & dates available. ~ (3) Fall Halloween Weekends Require event "Extras" fees. (Non-Refundable). ~ (4)  Additional guests & cars $15 each per night, 2-night minimum. ~ (**SD) Summer Midweek special on select dates. When making a reservation, although we do our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee site selections.  Your confirmed reservation will guarantee you a spot, not necessarily a specific site. Hi dear friends from the beachcomber. First, sorry for my English. Hope you gonna understand my text. Going to Cape May it's a natural thing for my family since around 1980. For us, it's like a summer house. My parents bring us kids and since 20 years it's my turn to bring my own family. If you look in your data, my wife Melanie Fournaise and me Frederic Renaud came a lot of time. Just want to tell you that we gonna return one day. Now, with all of the "economic war" between both leaders it's to expensive for us, but I'm sure one day the peace and the calm will return between our two friendly country. Have a nice summer.
